The Tennessee Valley Soccer Referees Association exists to: 

·                    Provide an organization which will strengthen bonds between all our referees.

·                    Improve our skill level by providing education and training, both in the classroom and on the pitch.

·                    Actively increase the TVSRA membership.

·                    Coordinate quality officiating and communication within the different leagues (Youth, Amateur, High School and College)

·                    Promote professionalism both on and off the field by endorsing uniform dress code requirements for respective league matches.

·                    Establish an awards system to honor referees for special and outstanding achievements.

Promote the development of  young referees and to foster an environment in which their continued growth and participation is encouraged and their potential as confident, qualified referees will be realized.
